What is SimuTarget.ai?

SimuTarget.ai is an AI-powered synthetic market research platform that allows you to test marketing campaigns, ad copy, and product descriptions against AI-generated consumer personas. You get instant feedback on how real consumers would likely respond to your campaigns, without the cost and time of traditional focus groups.

How accurate are the AI personas?

Our personas are built on real demographic data, validated consumer psychology models (Big Five personality traits), and region-specific behavioral patterns. Each persona has 34+ attributes including age, income, education, buying style, and cultural anxieties. While synthetic, they provide statistically meaningful insights that correlate with real-world consumer behavior.

Which regions are supported?

We currently support 4 major regions: Turkey, USA, Europe, and MENA (Middle East & North Africa). Each region has culturally-aware personas with localized names, cities, income levels, and consumer psychology profiles. We plan to expand to more regions in the future.

Is my data safe and private?

Absolutely. Since we use synthetic AI personas instead of real consumer data, there are zero privacy or GDPR/KVKK compliance risks. Your campaign content is processed securely and never shared with third parties.

Pricing & Plans

How does the credit system work?

Each plan comes with a set number of monthly credits. A single campaign test costs 1 credit per persona, an A/B comparison costs 2 credits per persona (testing against 2 options), and a multi-compare costs credits per persona multiplied by the number of options. Credits reset monthly with your subscription.

Can I try SimuTarget for free?

Yes! We offer a Disposable plan at $4.99 per test that requires no subscription. This lets you try the platform with a single campaign test before committing to a monthly plan. We also offer a Starter plan at $49.99/month for those getting started.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your Profile page. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and additional credits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team and we'll process your refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Technical

How many personas can I test against?

The number of personas per test is 25 by default. On higher plans, you can adjust this number. Each persona provides an individual purchase decision, confidence score, and reasoning, giving you detailed segment-level insights.

What types of tests can I run?

We offer three test types: Single Campaign Test (test one campaign), A/B Comparison (compare two variants head-to-head), and Multi-Compare (compare 3-4 variants simultaneously). Available test types depend on your subscription plan.

Can I filter personas by demographics?

Yes! Depending on your plan, you can filter by gender, age range, income level, education, buying style, marital status, tech adoption level, shopping frequency, and financial behavior. More filters are available on higher-tier plans.

Do you offer API access?

API access is available on our Enterprise plan. It allows you to integrate SimuTarget's testing capabilities directly into your existing marketing tools and workflows. Contact us for API documentation and integration support.

Account & Billing

How do I create an account?

Click 'Get Started' on our homepage and fill in your details. You can also sign up using Google OAuth for a faster registration experience. Once registered, you can choose a plan and start testing immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. After cancellation, you'll retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period. Your campaign history and results will remain accessible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We'll process your request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
