SimuTarget.ai is an AI-powered synthetic market research platform that generates synthetic consumer personas to test and evaluate marketing campaigns. The Service uses artificial intelligence to simulate consumer responses and does not involve real consumer data or personal information.

The results provided by our Service are predictions based on AI models and should be used as one of many data points in your marketing decision-making process. We do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes based on our predictions.

Campaign results generated through the Service are owned by the user who created them. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimuTarget Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Modifications to Terms
