Refunds Handled by Lemon Squeezy

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by Lemon Squeezy's official policy.

Overview

SimuTarget Inc. ("SimuTarget", "we", "us", or "our") sells access to its software-as-a-service platform through Lemon Squeezy LLC ("Lemon Squeezy"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all transactions on simutarget.ai.

All purchases — including subscriptions, one-time tests, and add-ons — are processed and managed by Lemon Squeezy. As such, all refund requests are governed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy's Refund Policy.

This policy applies to every transaction made on simutarget.ai. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Where applicable under local law, Lemon Squeezy's policy includes statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights, such as:

A 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and Israel.

A 7-day right of cancellation in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada.

A 5-day right of cancellation in Singapore.

Discretionary refunds, reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Lemon Squeezy within 14 days of the transaction.

In all cases, the highest level of consumer protection available under applicable law will apply. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please use one of the following methods provided by Lemon Squeezy:

Refunds, when approved, are processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents any further charges. To cancel, use the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt or sign in to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
